- If you are unsuccessful with your knowledge test, you may pay the fee and take the test again.
- You are only allowed to take the knowledge test twice in a one year period.
- Driving instructor applicants are disqualified from applying for a driving instructor license for a period of one year upon failing their second attempt at the G1 knowledge test (within a period of 365 days).
- Disqualified applicants must retake all tests, and repay the appropriate fees once the disqualification period has passed.
(4) Schedule and complete your road test:
- For the Class G road test, a driver examiner will assess your driving skills.
- This is the same road test that your students will take.
- Standby road test appointments may be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful with your road test, you may pay the fee and take the test again.
- You are only allowed to take the road test twice in a one year period.
